This includes designing the session, printing materials, and tailoring the experience to your objectives. Receiving payment in advance ensures everything is fully prepared and allows the session to run smoothly, without last-minute compromises.

Yes. We'll cover this when we book your session, but generally: cancellations with more than seven days' notice can be rescheduled. Cancellations within seven days of your session do not qualify for a refund.
