I come to you. Sessions work best in a comfortable, private space where your team won't be interrupted: a meeting room, boardroom, or off-site venue. The space should allow everyone to sit around a table or in a circle where they can see each other.
Yes, I work with teams nationally. Travel costs apply for distances over 50km return from Johannesburg.
Yes, I can adapt sessions for virtual or hybrid teams, though in-person sessions are the best way to create deeper connection. For remote teams, we'd use video conferencing with breakout rooms. Let's discuss what format would work for your team.
Sessions are either held in person or online; they're not combined.
Book a private, comfortable space where you won't be interrupted

Set aside uninterrupted time: no phones, laptops, or "quick check-ins" during the session
Prepare your team by letting them know what to expect (I can provide messaging to help with this)
Show up with openness: the more willing people are to participate authentically, the more powerful the results
That's completely normal. I'm good at creating safety for skeptics and introverts. People can participate at their comfort level, no one is forced to share more than they're ready to. Often, the skeptics become the biggest advocates once they experience it. If you're concerned about specific individuals, let's discuss it in our discovery call.
No, it's not ideal. Hybrid formats can create an uneven experience where remote participants feel like outsiders. I recommend either all in-person or all virtual for the best results.
